Welcome to Joyce & Sustainability. By booking our services, purchasing a package, or paying a deposit through this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before making any payment.
1. Scope of Services
Joyce & Sustainability provides strategy consulting, sustainability starter packages, and related advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project will be agreed upon in writing or outlined in your selected package description prior to the commencement of work.
2. Deposit Policy & Payment Terms
• Deposit Requirement: To secure your project slot and initiate work, a deposit (such as the initial £525 deposit for specified packages) must be paid at checkout.
• Non-Refundable Status: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Your deposit reserves dedicated consulting capacity and covers initial research, discovery, and administrative costs.
• Remaining Balance: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining 50% balance of your package price is due upon completion of the agreed scope or prior to the final delivery of your report or strategy document.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing a transaction, you authorise Joyce & Sustainability to process your payment for the selected service.
3. Client Responsibilities & Kick-off
To ensure timely project delivery, clients are required to:
• Provide necessary documentation, business data, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Attend scheduled discovery calls or consultations as agreed.
Project timelines officially begin only after the deposit has cleared and all initial required client information has been provided.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment of all project fees, you will receive full ownership rights to the final custom reports, recommendations, and deliverables created for your business. Joyce & Sustainability retains ownership of all pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, templates, and general industry knowledge used to create those deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information, financial data, and proprietary operational details disclosed during the engagement strictly confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability
Joyce & Sustainability provides advisory services based on standard industry practices and guidelines. While we strive to provide actionable strategies, we do not guarantee specific regulatory approvals, commercial outcomes, or third-party certifications. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
